Well I am doing more walking this year and would like to purchase a few pair of nice socks that would fit better than the Haynes ankle socks from Walmart. The new socks work out ok for the first couple of washings then they tend to get stretched out and then when I walk they bunch up.

I am looking for some socks that come up just above the shoe line but would fit nicely and not bunch up or stretch out.

I did a search and didnt find what I was looking for so started this thread.

Jox Sox are the bomb. Check them out. I have had good luck.

I personally like the Footjoy Roll Top socks. They have acrylic in them, which IMO keeps my feet cooler. I find that they don't stretch out nearly as much as cotton.

Since I have started to use these, I have hit nothing but long, flat, bombs smile.gif
