This might be the most rediculous question ever asked on this site but I need help with my bag, Ping Hoofer Vantage with the retractable strap deal. I have adjusted it a zillion times and just cannot get a good fit. Do I have the strap sequence messed up? Which strap goes on first, the retractable or the fixed? By first I mean the strap that I would wear on my right shoulder? The issue I am having is that the padded part is way up on the top of my shoulder and the thin part of the strap is cutting into my chest/arms.

Retractable strap goes on right shoulder first........

Both straps can be shortened/lenghtened for balance..............

Position of pad can then be adjusted to fit across the shoulder........

Ask partner to help, it's easier!
