Time for a new bag, like to use a lightweight cart bag, speed cart or riding cart user here.
I always used bags with 4, 6 or 8 divider systems for my clubs. All the bags available today
have 15 individual slots for your clubs, unless you go up to a staff type bag. With the 15 slots,
are these a pain in the neck trying to find each slot or once or twice and you get the hang of it.
These new bags are like the older type bags with the plastic tubes that some put in their bags,
always thought they were funny looking.

i've always preferred a staff bag for riding. tons of room for your stuff and clubs are easy to put in/pull out.

Its really only fourteen club dividers. The putter slot on the outside is for use during the round only. At the end of the round, your putter should go back "inside" the bag so it isn't damaged during transport.

Not a pain at all, and beats the plastic tubes which I used before I got the slotted bag(s)
