2nd week as a pro at Quail Hollow this week, made cut. Probably only has 5 more sponsors exemptions after this. Can he do it?

Based on the fact that right now he is T2 at -8, I think it's very possible he won't have to go to Q-School. This kid is a player for sure.

he's one of the special ones that will get through without q school. look for him to win this year again.

The amount for 125th on the money list the last 3 years, 852K, 785K, 680K. So he might need to earn about 900K to break the top 125. So top tens and then some from here on out.
Finger crossed.

Considering that he's already won on tour, i doubt he will be requiring q-school any time soon

He hasn't won on the pga tour, so I would say unless he is top 125 or wins on this tour, then yes he would have to go to q school if he wants to play full time on the pga tour.

Read this story
http://sports.espn.go.com/golf/notebook?pa...ebook/bb-090422Basically including this week he has 6 exemptions left to gain what 150th on the moneylist made last year to get conditional status for the rest of the year. If he top 10s one week he's get into the next event with using a remaining exemption. Plus he starts at The Memorial and AT&T for winning the Amatuer last year. All he has to do after all that is finish inside the magic 125

Yes but he won on the Euro tour, which means little here from a 125 status standpoint. His stated goal is to play on the PGA Tour, thus the reason he's over here. I saw him hit his drive on #3 yesterday... he hit driver (probably 80% of the guys were using 3w's) and crushed one over the trees. Ridiculous shot. Not a smart shot from a course management standpoint, but executed perfectly.

Winning on the ET means he has 2 years of golf over there without any worries.
I think he can do it but he's pick the fields with the best players to do it in good luck to him!!!
