Ok, I'd like to hear opinions for the best computer game that I can use in airports, on a laptop.

The caveat is that I DO NOT want a game that requires a mouse (or one that's silly/hard to play with a trackpad or keyboard).

I do a fair amount of traveling, and I wouldn't mind a good golfing computer game to pass away some of the hours--but--I don't want to have to use a mouse (ever try to use a USB mouse in an airline seat?). I'm not that familiar with the golf games out there (Tiger Woods, etc.)

I'm not sure if there's a good golf game out there that meets my "no mouse" rule, but figured this was the best place to ask.

Thanks!

dude get you one of those lap top track ball things they have at wal mart they are super tiny it looks like a trigger with the track ball on the top and a little trigger on the bottom for clicking. Thought about gettin one for my desk top they look trick!

I know there are all kinds of mice, mice alternatives, etc.

I'm wondering if there are any games out there though that don't depend on mouse movements to play--maybe there aren't?

I appreciate the suggestions though...and maybe a mini-trackball is the best way to go....

Mini trackball is the best way to go. Unless you're looking to play tetris or pacman, you're going to need a mouse. Nice thing about a trackball is you don't need a lot of room for it, as opposed to a mouse.

Have you looked into the Sony PSP? It can play games, movies, music, etc...
It may be a bit expensive, but might be worth it...just a thought.

LINKS (not sure what the newest version is)

There is a website you can go on to get more courses (developed by fans of the game) then the game offers, I downloaded Augusta, Glen Abby to name a couple.

The Tiger Woods series by EA sports is a lot of fun to play, and I think among the best, if not the best, on the market today. I have an older version, and have found it very easy to play with my laptop's touchpad, and I think there remains an older swing control option that is not based on the mouse (though they may have removed it in subsequent years).

Only drawback might be that you have to have the CD with you to play.

I think laptops are too bulky for airplane seat, let alone trying to use a mouse, unless you're sitting in first class. I highly agree with the above post about the PSP. I have a handful of games, but Hot Shot Golf is all I play on it.
Plus, I recently purchased a 1gb memory stick which allows me to put all my golf and top gear videos, mp3's, pictures of jessica alba man_in_love.gif and browse the web via wifi.

Without a doubt, the best portable golf game of all time is..........

Hot Shots Golf on PSP

The entire Hot Shots Golf line (PS and PS2) is great! If you haven't played them already.....do not waste any time and get down and get them!!
