My son is turning 3 and I want to get him a pair of golf shoes. I'm having finding any that are for toddlers. He had some issues early in his life and is pretty small for his age. All the major shoe companys have youth shoes but they dont show any toddler shoes.
My son loves golf. He has been hitting balls forever and at 2 I got him some real clubs. I had to run out and when I got back he wanted to hit the ball but would say "ouch". He had been hitting for a while in the back yard, and had already rubbed a major blister on his hand.
He loves to watch golf and stays occupied in the the yard for hours just hitting balls back and forth. His hand - eye coordination is pretty good for his age. People will stop and watch him hit because he is so little and he does not miss one very often.
I really want to get him some shoes and I know it he would be in heaven! If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

We dressed my toddler up as a golfer for some photos last year. We got these shoes for a couple of bucks at the children's place outlet. They aren't real golf shoes (no spikes), but they were cute.

US Kids is probably going to be your best bet, all the major manufacturers are only going to do size 1-6, no toddler sizes. FootJoy does technically have some toddler shoes but they just look like a golf shoe on the top, no spikes or contours on the sole.

Thanks to everyone! I cant believe I did not think of US Kids. That is what his clubs are. The shoes are tough to come by right now but, there was 2 pair on ebay and luckily one was his size. I hope to have him here by Friday for his party Saturday!
The kid is crazy about golf and this will make his b-day!

Great to see getting your son involved in golf at an early age. I introduced golf last year to my son just my purchasing him a plastic set. I went ahead and purchased real clubs for him for Christmas and took him out last week and putted and played one hole. He loved it but I kinda got frustrated with him because he wouldnt do what I was showing him in his swing. So I had to take a chill pill and remembered he is only 3 with a 2 year old brother waiting in the wings for next year. I will take out my 3 year old quit often and just let him do what he wants just to get him interested in the game.
Just remember, "Cant live your dreams through your sons." I need that printed on the inside of my cap just to remind myself.

I started taking him to the course last summer and he has a ball the entire time! The only time he acts up is when it is time to go, and it is hard to get him to leave the course. The funny thing is I wasnt playing very much golf when he was 1 and 2 (he will be 3 Sat). I'm really not sure why he was so into it, especially since Daddy wasnt playing and he never saw me hitting balls.
I will never forget the first time I beat my dad on 9 holes. I think I will be happy when Logan beats me and also a little sad. My Dad did point out that I'm a little better than he was so Logan will have a tougher time (0 handicap) hehe.
I did not play but 12 times last year (and 8 of those were qualifiers) before we played our Cup matches against another course. I usually dont touch a club till May, but I'm so excited taking Logan out, that I have been out a bunch already this year!!

Good luck with your phenom Poppa.
I'm trying to grow my own golf partner too but my 4 year old doesn't seem like a natural so far. He's an over-the-topper like his old dad and he's added a left-hand-low grip into the mix.
