Not sure if this is the right forum, but I have a Titleist stand bag that I bought about 6 years ago that will not stay upright anymore. After further investigation, it appears that the rubber tips at the end of the legs have worn through. I've tried with no avail to find replacement tips/legs. Does anyone have a quick fix for this issue? My only rig for the situation is to wrap the legs with grip tape and throw on a couple of extra grips I have sitting around. Anyone tried this? I love the bag but my next option is to go with a new one... Thanks

It's a well known issue...

Just get a new bag. Yours has obviously served you well.

Call Titleist direct. Tell them what you need.

Drill out two golf balls and epoxy them on

Stick rubber tees to end of those legs. That just came up to my mind.

Blow the dust off your wallet and buy a new bag. 6 years is pretty good for a golf bag.

when the bag won't stand anymore that is a sign from the golf gods telling you to BUY A NEW BAG MAN

I thought I might get a bag guru who could tell me to rip off some parts from one of my kids toys for an easy fix... It only took a couple "get a new bag comments" and I "dusted the wallet off" and ordered myself a new black Titleist premium stand bag this morning... I think I'm still going to stick a couple of extra grips on the bottom of the old legs to see if I can get it to stand... Thanks for the comments...

You could dip each tip in some wax. I'm sure that would provide the same sort of friction that rubber caps would.

What about a couple of coats of this stuff?

Exactly what I was thinking, and BTW I've used it and it works very well.

Don't Lowes and Home Depot sell all kinds of rubber tips?

The plastic dip stuff looks pretty cool..........
