I'm looking for input on the best stand bag for clubs with mid or over sized Winn Excel grips. I'm using a top flite bag that came with my first set of clubs and since changing to the larger grips all my clubs get stuck when trying to get them out. I'd like something brand neutral if possible, or Mizuno as thats what I'm playing with now.

I was looking at a few different but am open to suggestions.
-Mizuno with Kabuki system
-Bag Boy SB50, or the clip-lock
-A few different Ogios

I'd prefer something that does not have the putter tube, or if it does it needs to have a trunk handle. Strap comfort isn't the biggest issue, but it can't be painful.

Does such a beast exist? I know its a lot to ask. I did a search and there were a few threads but no real answers.

You should take a look at the Sun Mountain Four 5 Bag. It has 14 slots on the top so its one of the few carry bags that has that many, the 14 slots are going to help out with taking your clubs in and out. The bag is nice and lightweight as well. Another option would be the Nike Sasquatch Tour which has the 14 slots as well. It is a little beefier and larger but that equals a bit more durability as well.
