The Costco by my house has these on sale for $89.99. Does anyone use one? If so, how do you like it? It's similar to the regular XTT stand bag (which I think may also be called the Warbird Hot, or something like that). Thanks.

I have one and love it. Got it in 2007 and have used it for two years, both walking and riding. At first, I did not like the swivel strap. Now I think it's great. I got the white one and it looks good after two years. I know two other people that have the same bag. One of them had a problem with it wearing out last year. I sent it back to Callaway for him and they replaced it with a new bag.

So you have the xtra lite (not the regular XTT Warbird)? When you say the swivel strap, are you referring to the one-strap-ology where the strap slides back and forth through the side of the bag? It looks interesting to me, and I was wondering how it worked. They say it allows you to use the bag as a single strap bag, but I don't see how? Have you used yours as a single strap or just as a double strap?

Yes, I have the Xtra Lite. I have used it as both. When on the course, I will use it as a double strap, but if I am going a short way, I will use one strap. The swivel just gives it better balance. You use it as a single strap by just picking the bag up by the inside strap. When you do this, the other strap retracts so the bag doesn't sit high under your arm. But if you want to use both features you just pull the other strap over your other arm. It's just like any double strap bag. The only added feature is it allows you to better balance the bag when carrying both ways. You will probably have to get used to it, but it's a great bag if you walk.

If you are allowed to return it, I would say buy one and try it with your clubs in the bag. When we were selling these, I would have people lift my bag with clubs in it to see if they liked it because you can't get an appreciation for the features with an empty bag.

Hey, thanks. I really appreciate the input. That really helps. Costco is selling them for $89.99, so I don't see how I could go wrong. And, at Costco, you can basically return anything, so I think I'm going to go for it. I'll report back after I get it. Thanks again.
