I just wanted to pass along a great customer service story from Ogio.

I own a Ogio Grom stand bag (great stand bag), and recently noticed that the H-clip tensioner for the stand mechanism was beging to crack and had some white stress marks on it. I contacted Ogio in hopes of locating a store where I could purchase a replacemnet, and they sent one out to me free of charge. While this item proably isn't a big ticket item, it is nice to have a company take care of its customers.

I had kind of same thing.
I don't even know what they call this thing but that rubber strap to keep you bag steady in the cart, well it ripped.
It works really well so I decided I wanted to buy it. Customer service asked when I bought it, told them couple years ago.
Had it for the next round free of charge.

No kidding? I have an 07 Grom with the same problem. I figured it was relegated to a practice bag. Guess I'll give Ogio a ring tomorrow.

Ogio is top notch - my Edge bag had a defective "Hoode" rain hood. I emailed them to ask about a replacement, and they sent one out the same day.
