For those of you who wear Eccos where did your size range compared to your actual shoe size?
I wear an 11.5 and wondering if I should get 11-11.5 or move up to 12-12.5?

Size 45 should fit you fine.

Yep, I wear 11.5 and 45 usually fits pretty well...and never on the small side.
(and I have 15 pairs of Eccos)

I would go with the 11/11.5 (size 45).
IMO they run true to size. I wear a 12.5 and all my Eccos are size 46.

I'm a 10.5 and use 43 in all my eccos, just go one size smaller in US than you usually use.

which style do you have in mind? there's a bit of a variance between some of the styles...

Are you sure on this? I wear a US 10 and own 6 pairs of Eccos all size 44.

Ecco's are weird. I have 3 pair: 2 for golf and 1 for dress and the golf shoes are different sizes. I wear a size 11.5 in everything else. One is a size 44 and the other is a 45. The dress shoes I have are size 45 also. All 3 pair fit perfectly, they're just different for some reason. Try them on first if you can. Luckily, I live not too far from an Ecco outlet and got a really good deal on some close-out models. Great shoes though.

I'm also a guy that wears 10M in Footjoy and more like 10.5 or even 11 in Adidas shoes, but my only pair of Ecco's are size 43, which equates to 9-9.5 on their chart. Thought I'd definitely be a 44, but not the case.

Yes, I am a 10.5 FJ and 11Puma or adidas, still I own 3 ecco pairs, all at 43. I can still use a 44, but the 43 just feels better.

ECCOs are great but definitely try them on for size. As some of the others have said, they don't seem to keep to the same sizing standards you might be used to.
I wear an 11 in most US shoes (10.5 Nike), a 45 in most European shoes but a 44 in ECCOs.

My normal size is 10 in FJ, 10-10.5 Adidas, 10-10.5 Nike and 10-10.5 street shoes (all Medium width). I have two pair of Ecco street shoes, both in 43. I just bought my first pair of Ecco for golf and did some significant side-by-side 43 vs. 44 and ended up with the 43 (9-9.5 on their chart). The 43 fits perfectly and not snug.

I wear the same sizes you do. However, it depends on the Ecco model. I wear 43 in the World Class models with the thin insole, but 44 in other models.

As you can see from many of the previous replies, there are lots of people that find they are more comfortable with a different size than suggested by the conversion chart. Generally speaking, I have found that I wear 43's in Ecco, but the chart recommends 44's.
Take the time to find the right size in Ecco's, and you will be rewarded with the MOST comfortable shoes you can wear. I have several pairs of Ecco golf, dress, & casual shoes, and the quality / comfort are #1 for me!

You know, after reading some of the comments here, come to think of it, they do run a little different from style to style. I wear a 10 US and all of my Eccos are size 44, but the Flexors are definitely a little on the big side. The Classics seem to be on the money. I guess it partly depends on the shape of your foot as well. Eccos are wide through the toe area and more snug in the heel, which suits me well.
All in all, they are the best golf shoes I have owned and retain their shape, comfort and stability like no other.
