Who makes the best stand bag? The only requirement that I have is that it has a putter well. Which company has the best stand retraction system? I walk about half my rounds so I would appreciate a lighter weight bag.
I have been using a Titliest bag for several years now and the legs don't retract very well any more. Kind of obnoxious while your walking down the fairway.

I think that Sun Mountain's MPB is the only stand bag with a putter well. Why a putter well? I just give my putter his own pocket in any bag.

i use the ping freestyle. i have had it for over a year, and it still looks new.( I use it every day.) It is light, and sturdy. The strap system is great, especially the retractable part. I highly recomend it.

i think the Bennington Quiet Organizer has a putter well. Never had one tho, so i can't really comment on the quality.

Check out an ogio ozone, PLENTY of space for the regulation 14 clubs. Could hold more. Has a putter well also. More comfortable straps than the new pings, and weighs 4.2 lbs. I got mine off ebay for $70 including shipping.

the older model titty bags did have that problem, but they've improved it greatly on the newer ones. they've also added larger feet on them so they don't slip on smooth surfaces. the ogio grom is a nice one as it has the putter well & divides the woods from the irons. it weighs 6 lbs though. the ping hoofer vantage is a good one as well.
i love my x86 though, wouldn't have anything else.

Does Sun Mountain still make the Titleist bags? Also, who makes the Mizuno bags? The Aerolight III looks pretty nice.
I would love to get the Ping Lattitude bag but not sure about the weight. Carrying an additional several pounds around 18 doesn't sound like fun. I do like the strap retraction system they have though.
