Was asked the question at the course today. A ball is played to about a foot on a par three, a large bird lands on the green picks up the ball and drops it in the hole. Is it a legit ace??

If a ball at rest is moved by an outside agency, there is no penalty and the ball must be replaced.

Yup, no different than if the bird picked up the ball and dropped it in the water. (Ala Sawgrass one year)
