I am not playing Nike Vr blades or the Vr split cavity but Those 2 irons are in the top 5 irons ever made. How in the world did they not make the Gold list? They are not on the Silver list. Nike did not pay Golf digest off. I cant believe it. If someone was really needing help choosing an iron set they are not being told about two or best sets I have ever hit. I know many many people that feel the way I do. So it is not just my opinion. Anyone know whats up with this?

Those two are in the top 5 ever made? Its a bit early to be drinking isn't it?

I am a low handi-capper(3) so I think my opion is worth something and if you have hit them you would know they are 2 of the best ever to to be made for the game of golf. What is out there that is as good as them? The irons I play are equally good and the Ap2's and the ping S57's and the new mizunos are good but there is no callway that could ver get close to being as good as either of the new forged Nikes. I am talking about a players iron Cat. though. Tthey are both better than any mizuno thats for sure. I wonder what Mizuno paid for 3 golds.

+1

Super fanboy is awfully upset over nothing. No one smart limits themselves to whats on the gold/silver list anyway.

Good irons yes, best iron is entirely subjective, your being a total fanboy. Nobody smart only buys whats on the gold list, so why do you care so much.

Mizuno paid about 100-years worth of grinding it out and making amazing irons that everyone wishes they could play. I'd say 3 golds reflects how well they've done.

Irons weren't out when testing was done. Simple as that

+3, There are a lot of stellar irons that never make that list. I don't put much weight in what they rate. And 2 of the top 5 ever?? C'mon - Ranking them above the AP2 isn't saying much, maybe in the last year. I can name 5 sets from the 80's that outplay the AP2's.
