AK most likely pulled out due to the lawsuit from his former management agency falling on him this week...

If that was the case I bet pgatour.com would have sited personal reasons and not injury...

But then again maybe its AKs choice what the "offical reason" is...I am sure there will be more details out soon...

It's his shoulder..........it was poping and making noises in Hawaii

Anthony Kim has withdrawn from The 50th Bob Hope Classic hosted by Arnold Palmer because of a sore left shoulder.

"I'm very disappointed ... especially considering it's played in Palm Springs, where I live, and I had so many friends and family coming to watch," Kim said.

Kim won twice last year and was considered an emotional leader in helping the Americans win the Ryder Cup. He spent his last few years of high school in the Palm Springs area and considers the Hope his hometown event.

He opened his season two weeks ago by tying for second in the Mercedes-Benz Championship. While practicing Monday, he felt discomfort in his left shoulder and was advised to take this week off for treatment.

"We don't consider my shoulder to be anything too serious," KIm said. "I don't expect to miss extended time, but it is important to be cautious with it at this early stage in the season."

Its to bad if they both have a problem with their management company, their game will take a toll somewhere in the future. Happiness outside the course the better they perform..

Anthony Kim cuts ties with agent
By REX HOGGARD

Anthony Kim, winner of the Wachovia Championship two weeks ago and atop a group of rising young American players, has terminated his agreement with player manager Rocky Hambric seven months early.

In a letter sent to Hambric on May 6, just two days after his client’s runaway victory at Wachovia, Kim advised his Dallas-based agent of the termination.

“Earlier in the year he notified us he wasn’t going to renew his original agreement, but we all agreed to finish the year,” said Hambric, the president of Hambric Sports Management.

Hambric, who endured a similar split with Charles Howell III in 2002, has filed a lawsuit in Dallas seeking damages.

“It does hurt,” Hambric said. “But we had no alternative than to protect our rights under the agreement.”

Kim – who faded after a fast start at The Players, finishing tied for 42nd – is not playing this week’s AT&T Classic near Atlanta. He is signed to play next week’s Crowne Plaza Invitational and the Memorial Tournament.

Kim’s lawyer, Cleveland-based David Aggers, was not immediately available for comment.

CH III is not being sued by his management company. The suit has already been settled. He was once with Rocky Hambric but is now with Thomas Parker. But with two people leaving Rocky won't this hurt him trying to sign any one new coming out on tour???

AK hurt his shoulder mid round final round I believe at Mercedes.
