My local (golf) stores have nothing Puma...well okay, that's not exactly true--maybe if you wanted women's flip-flops. dntknw.gif

I am a HUGE Puma fan...

but I DO NOT like their gloves bad.gif

Puma seems to have two sides...a modern-esque traditonal look and a flashy loud look. I think they should take that idea and use it for their accessories as well.

Uh...good idea, but I live in a pretty market, Charlotte, and there is not a single store that sells Puma. Edwin Watts gave them a try but did not do well there. I was there today and asked where their Puma gear was and they said that they stopped selling it becuase it did not sell for them. So NO ONE here carries Puma at all. There is a Puma store and the expansive mall, but they carry verry little, if any, golf clothing.

Fortunately, Golfsmith in Raleigh is only 2.5 hours away and most of their Puma ends up making its way to clearance since it does not sell well there either. Myrtle Beach is the same way...and there is a Puma Outlet there. The outlet has little golf clothing, but is a great place to pickup nice Puma belts!

So for most of us, online is really the only way to get Puma.

Bit of a pain if you do not know the area. I-40 east towards raleigh and exit onto 540 north towards Wake Forest/North Raleigh. 540 there is the same as our 485 here. Take that a few miles to the Highway 70/Glenwood Avenue exit and take that exit in the east direction towards Raleigh. It is about 3-5 miles down on the left and not really visible from that road. Once you see the Chick-fil-A and Burger King on the left, it is the next major shopping center on the left...across from Adam & Eve!

Lots of JL and Puma available, and tons of JL on clearance. Not as much Puma on clearance, but at least a few shirts there. Ask the guy at the register if they have an additional coupons/sales running and he might hook you up. My wife and I asked and he scanned 2 additional coupons at the register...1 took 10% off non-clearance items (my Puma pants), and the other took 30% off everything from that point. SO I got $80 Puma pants for like $55 and they were not on any sale!

wierd.

Puma not selling?

We can't keep it in stock.

Sorry.

I have to unfortunately not side with my boys at Puma on this one. I have the glove and I just don't really like how it fits. Plus that Puma logo stretched across the top of the hand cracks and then just doesn't look so hot. The fingers are really long on the gloves.
