So, I am trying to plan a little vacation in February for my girlfriend and I. We don't have a ton of money to spend, but we would like to go somewhere warm (we are from the northeast). She does not play golf, but I have been given the go ahead to play when we are away. I was thinking we are only going to go for about for days, so I would be more than happy playing 2x.

I haven't planned a trip like this before, so I really don't know the best place to look for deals. Also, we don't have any place in particular we want to go - just warm. I was hoping that you all could help me - where should I look for deals? Any recommendations on places to go? Golf? Thanks a lot for your help!

For only four days, I'd say something domestic.

Palm Springs, Tucson/Phoenix, Vegas, Doral, Orlando, Sea Island Ga, Hilton Head, etc

All depends on what you want to spend, how far you want to fly, whether you want there to be a beach.

If it's beach you want, Mandalay Bay Baby! biggrin.gif Great Hotel, consierge can get you the golf you want, and a beach in back of the hotel. Did I mention it's a casino too?

The beach at the Mandalay in February is like most any other beach in February--empty. Go during the week to Vegas and you should get a good deal on rooms.

High desert in Feb is cold, not warm. I'd look at florida somewhere.
