just buy it, your old bag can house putters or something?
with staff bags they're pretty durable and never really break, so if you're waiting for that you're waiting a long time lol

I had a Titleist stand bag for a year, and it was still in pretty good shape. Gave it to my dad when I was given a new TM bag. Used the TM bag 2 times (now my range bag) and bought my white Ping Hoofer because I had wanted one for some time. I don't really HO bags, but if I want a new one I figure I might as well buy it and either sell the old one or donate it to the First Tee.

Its kind of hard to sell used bags so most people just have them lying around the garage. I could always use the old ones as a back up.

I just bought a neon green and yellow ping freestyle because I liked the looks and it seems half the weight of my old bag, which is a plus.
there was nothing wrong with my old bag, I just wanted a new one and had some spare cash because my birthday was last wednesday.

When did the original Hoofer come out? Yeah, that's when I last bought a new bag.

I had the same bag for 7 years I think it was about. Faded, ripping, overall terrible looking. My parents bought it for me when I started high school golf...just this year purchased my black/green/white Nike. People always ripped on me for having new clubs all the time and a tattered old bag. Probably went through 100 different clubs before I bought a new bag. The question was always, spend $100 on a new bag or spend $100 on a new club? The club always won. Until one day I walked in my Pro Shop and saw it sitting there, I couldn't resist (especially with MSU colors). Seemed to work quite well all year, but I don't for see a new one anytime in the near future. I'm sure there won't be a single club in the bag now that will go into a new bag.
