I was given a tour links putting green that is shaped like a dog bone like the one in this link Putting Green Anyways the turf has some wrinkles in it that is affecting the roll of the ball. Is there any way I can remove these wrinkles? I haven't tried anything yet, but I was thinking of just hosing it down and letting it sit out in the sun. The material seems like it just a carpet, but i'm not completely sure if it is or not.

Steam Iron

Thanks for the contact info Chris, and I was also thinking about a steam iron lol

Steam iron sounds like a good idea. Put the putting mat down on a hardwood floor or other flat hard surface and then put a towel on top. Steam-iron it sandwiched between the floor and the towel (to keep from scorching the putting surface). I would give that a try if I weren't going to call the manufacturer first and ask what they would do.
