Somehow I ended up with an almost full Ping bag. I have G10 driver, wood, irons and Tour-W wedges. Only the putter (SC Fastback) is not Ping.

I am about to purchase a Ping Hoofer Vantage bag to go with the clubs but I'm torn on which color I should buy it. At first I thought that the atomic orange/silver would look cool but somehow I'm not quite sold on it. The black looks pretty cool as well.

What do you guys think?

orange/black is hot!

Black is BORING unless it has some colors other than a little white. I also think the Orange/Black bag is nice looking. I'd get that over the white.

The silver/orange one will look really good with the G10 orange headcovers. Downside is the silver one will look dirty pretty easily.

I would go with the silver/orange one. Everyone has black.

Atomic all the way. The black is incredibly boring IMO. I love my white Hoofer with orange piping. Make sure you put several coats of Scotch Guard on it before you take it out. Tide Pens work well to clean up spots on the white.

If you can find one the CAMO hoofer is really nice and stands out. I have seen a few on ebay.

Orange and silver FTW!!!!

I had that silver bag on the bottom last year and it looks great. Much better than white IMHO. The downside is it does get dirty, especially where the bottom of the legs hit the bag on the underside. Plain black bags can be boring but there's something about a hoofer that looks good in plain black. Another option is the new atomic orange and black combo. I saw that at Edwin Watts yesterday and it looks awesome. Of the two you picked, I voted for the silver and orange because it's unique.

Atomic Orange!!

I was down to the same two and went with the silver/atomic orange. It looks good with my G10 irons (and would look great with the G10 headcovers as the orange material used is the exact same) but my Rapture V2 headcovers look a bit odd with it. My gf told me black was too boring but she is a Texas grad so I think she just wanted me to have the orange.

Thanks Gdu. Do you find that it gets dirty quickly? Your looks awesome on the picture. I'm also considering the black/orange but I live the orange/silver better.

I have only played 2 rounds with it so it is hard to tell. It got a couple of spots on the bottom because it was in the back of a friends dirty truck but I still like it better than the black/atomic orange (which looks like halloween and oklahoma state to me). If it gets dirty, I've heard they clean up well, so we'll see.

orange and white bags are awesome, no matter what company.

i'v had the orange and silver for a year now. it doesn't get dirty at all. mine's been beat to heck and it's still looking goood.

Do you find the club grips tangle too much? I have read some reviews of people complaining it is difficult to keep the clubs in order given the divider edges are not sewn. As much as I like this bag, I wonder if I should go to something like the Ogio Nexos with 11 dividers.

Does everyone with that hoofer have that towel or something? I have it too LOL.

I never really notice the clubs getting tangled. Sometimes they don't cooperate completely, but no real issues. The Hoofer is the best bag I have ever owned. They last so long that it is ridiculous.

no issues with clubs getting tangled. on one of the dividers, the velcro comes undone sometimes and that causes some frustration....no big deal though. every bag i have ever owned has had it's idiosyncrasies.


on a sidenote.....the hoofer bag IS NOT my favorite bag. it is a great bag. but the titleist x-series stand bags are my favorite. i bought this hoofer because of the sweet colors and it looked sick with the i10's i had just purchased. hoofers are good...but the legs suck and the strap system is not comfortable to me.

Another vote for orange/silver I have a reverse combo black/silver/orange in my Titty x-86 stand bag and its sharp. Plus you could always get the orange/white or orange/black rocket tourheadcovers.

I've had orange and silver for over a year now. solid as they come.....stays clean. do it!

That's the colour I have, it's cool. Don't have to worry about it getting dirty either.

black, a few friends have the white/ orange one, i was disappointed when i saw it, it has too much light grey color on it, not like the custom all white ones.

i say black, just keep it simple
