Hey all,

Got a Titlest x86 stand bag through my pro shop. (And yes, I'm going to see if they have some recourse, which I would think they do, but...) Not sure exactly when it happened, but not long after getting it, one of the structural/support rods that runs from the bottom of the bag up into a cup on the underside of the plastic club divider has come out of the cup -- and appears to have had the end of it broken off.

This rod (at the handle-side of the bag) is necessary to add rigidity to the bag so that the legs extender works properly. I can stretch the bag upward and get the end of the rod back into its retaining cup -- but it won't stay in. Each time you lift the bag (specifically from the handle that's molded in at the bag's top opening), the rod pulls out of the cup. Then, when the bag is set down, the rod sticks up through one of the divider sections. You can easily jab your hand on the rough end reaching for a club.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Again, the end of the rod is jagged, and I can't imagine it is supposed to be. I wonder if there was some kind of pin or something that held the rod inside of the cup, and that the rod broke at this retaining mechanism.

Thanks, folks! I sure like the bag otherwise, so no complaints about the rest of it.
