Alright, ive been looking for a set of Ecco shoes forever! Heard great things about them. Found a pair like the ones shown below, but wanted some opinions on them. I have not read specifically about the Elite shoes. Also not sure if these shoes have a little "too much" going on. Ive always been a all white classic looking shoes kinda guy. Thanks in advance for your opinions on the looks and q uality feel of these shoes.

Thanks,

Great looking shoe IMO. I own several pairs of ECCO's and I love them all.

very sweet. I have been eyeing a pair on ebay but haven't pulled the trigger just yet.

I have two pairs of ECCO's and love them. No break in period comfortable right out of the box!

Not all Ecco shoes fit the same way. For me Flexors fit great. Snug in the heel, lots of room in the toe box and padding under the ball of the feet. On the other hand the Casual cool Hydromax were loose in heel and lacked padding under the ball of the foot. They were killers for me. Can't speak for the Elite.

They have too much going on for my tastes. Just can't get into the black splashed kind of randomly across the shoe...

If you like all-white shoes, then (assuming they still make them) why not get the all white Hydromax's? They look to be almost identical to this shoe in overall shape (last?), but, yes, without the black.

ya, ive been eyeing the all white hydromax for a while, but wanted to maybe try something a little more "crazy" so to speak. THanks for all the opinions guys! Keep em coming

I think the Eccos are awesome shoes, like one WRX'er said - no break in period required. The only gripe I have with them is that they seem really heavy. I feel like I have a brick on each foot. I'm sure this has alot to do with the quality of the overall construction, but I don't like the bulky feel. With that said I haven't tried on every model of Ecco.
