The clubs are legit though. They're available to pre-order at www.trendygolf.com

That being said, they'd only be worth purchasing if you could still have them custom fit by Vega themselves. Better still, just buy a set of Vega's!

Yep, you can get these (both the Vega and the JL) at Chilli Dip golf with the fitting thrown in free. They are great clubs (I've held both the irons and the wedges) but I would probably plump for the original Vega blades.

Hi Martin,

I presume the irons are just a set of RAFC-02's with the raw finish and JL stamps? If you can get them custom fit at Chill Dip, they're certainly more than just a gimmick.

Actually they are the RAFC-01 (Bag Chatter review here) Amazing that people will pay for them considering that you can get them custom fit at Chilli Dip for 300 quid less! I know that they are raw finish versions but I guess that the JL branding is worth that to some people.

What's wrong with the security certificate?

Using https you get this in Firefox:
----------------------------------------------------
www.trendygolf.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is only valid for www.rememble.com

(Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)
----------------------------------------------------

Someone has stuffed up the server configuration.

Looks like someone installed the wrong server certificate.
TheMoneyShot
how much will these be in U.S. dollars?
JLisbetter
i'm thinkin about gettin the wedges, they look sweet, but i only have one more day to decide. it's just that paying almost $700 for 3 wedges seems a little much
fore_life
you've got to be kidding, right?

I hope I see someone playing these clubs so I can laugh at them for caring more about fashion than their game.

What's next, Gucci putters? Louis Vuitton drivers?
