My buddies and I (16 of us) are going to Myrtle Beach at the end of this month for a four-day golf outing and I'm wondering if anyone has some good betting games beyond the old standards (ie, Wolf, Skins, Bingo-Bango-Bongo, Nausau's, etc)?

Sometimes we play a game called BRIDGE within a foursome....not some thing you can do with all 16 people on your trip at the same time...but here's how it's played....
On the first tee - toss all 4 balls (1 from each player) over your shoulder towards a tee marker. Rank the player's balls 1,2,3,4 from closets to farthest from the marker. This will determine the playing order. You will need to determine a monetary value for each hole....we usually play $1 a hole.
Player #1 (on the first hole) will declare what score he will make on that hole. Example - "I will make a 4 on this hole!" ONLY PLAYER #1s SCORE COUNTS on the first hole for betting purposes. The other 3 players in the group can decide to just let the $1 bet stand (per person!!), or double the bet if they think he will make a 5 or worse. So, one or two of the other players may just accept the $1 bet, while the third says "I'll double ya!"....so now it's a $2 bet between just those 2 guys. Player #1 may at this point decide to double the bet again between the person who just doubled him!...making it a $4 bet by saying "I'll double you back!" ...or say nothing leaving it a $2 bet. Once Player #1 "doubles back" that is the end of wagering......no more doubling again.
If Player #1 plays hole #1 and makes a 4. He wins $1, $1, and $4 (if he doubled back).
If Player #1 makes a 5 (a bogey). He loses $1, $1, and $4.
If Player #1 makes a 3 (a birdie), all bets double! . He wins $2, $2, and $8
If Player #1 makes a 6 or worse, all bets double! He loses $2, $2, and $8.
If a player scores 2 shots better than he declared on a hole...like a 3 of a par 5 in which he said he would make a 5.....the bets double 2 times.
On the tee of the second hole, Player #2 declares what he will make on hole #2 and the wagering begins again between the other 3 players.
Player #3 has hole #3 and Player #4 has hole #4.....and then the cycle starts again with Player #1 on hole #5.
One last rule: If at anytime on the tee box a player declares a score that he will make on a hole and another player thinks he can beat that score.....he can declare what score HE will make and the hole becomes his! For example: If on hole #3, a really tough par 4, Player #3 says "I'll make a 5 here". Players 1,2 or 4 can say "I'll make a 4!" and hole #3 his now their hole!
Now - there are 18 holes on a course, but only 4 players - meaning that each player will have 4 chances each for declare a score on a hole. Whoever is down the most $$$ on the 17th tee box gets holes #17. Same for hole #18....whoever is down the most $$$$ gets that hole.
Fun thing about this game is that it gives you a chance to relax a bit when it's not your turn and just play some golf.
Also - handicaps can be used in which players declare what their net scores will be, making it fair for mixed-ability foursomes.

You could actually incorporate "greenies" on the par 3s in the game mentioned above.
We usually play teams of two in our foursome with "Scats" meaning the player with the best score on the team wins a scat as well as his partner after the hole is played. Both players on the winning team wins a scat. If there is a tie between the two teams, then the scats carry over like a skin.
On the Par 3s we play greenies. Meaning if only one person reaches the green on a Par 3, that player gets a "greenie". Greenies are only for the Par 3s on the course.
Both scats and greenies are a set dollar amount before anyone tees off.

We do greenies but you have par the hole or it carries over, also polies and sandies, Polies are the best can u can call it or if on in reg. it's auto and some people will 3 jack alot. Round robins are good for the 4some but the atou press on 9 7 18 is real good.
