I'd wear it. Looks lightweight and comfy.

too busy, and not in the good way either
...just like the rest of their 2009 golf clubs
Gadster
I second that....WAY too busy.

Although I'm sure there's some technology behind this shoe, they fell way short in the design department. If Callaway expects this shoe to go head to head with the Tour 360's, they're in trouble.

Agreed mate.

I'm not a big fan of the sneaker/trainer style of golf shoe anyway but I'm sure these are very comfortable.

Nevertheless, what's going on with that shiny blue stripe down the side? I'm expecting them to have a flashing light in the heel or a set of wheels on the bottom!

nothing against the R & D or the technology (or performance) behind the new products (irons, woods, shoes) but whomever has the final say over Design should be escorted out of the building immediately.

Considering that Callaway outsourced their shoe business to a company in Oregon years ago, that is not surprising.

Riiiight....compared to the new Nike, Adidas and Footjoys, just a real cartoon....if it said FJ you'd be all over it, I'm guessing.

No I wouldn't be all over these no matter what brand logo is on it, it just looks crap.
Besides, the some of the new Nikes/Adidas are busy too, they've just done a better job than Callaway. Having said that though, I wouldn't go near the Tour 360 3.0 in red.

Busy is good these days. Look around, the inflow of neon is right around the corner. The old brown/black saddle shoe is on its way out.

Plus it looks like there is a carbon-fiber insert on the footbed which I have found in my basketball shoes a great, light way of adding stability to the shoe. If that is true, then Callaway may have a winner.

I commend Callaway for adding some fresh style to the golf choices.

They look like you could use them to bowl a few strings when you finish at the golf course, comfy or not

I love cally, my irons are fusions, my wedges are x forged, my hybrids are half cally as they are ben hogans...i do not know what is happening to my fave company...their new equipment for 2009 is so busy in graphics and hunks of plastics and garish colors...my word..what is up...
I therefore find it no suprise that these new shoes match their new philosophy...to make everything as plasticky and busy as possible ...sad...had so much hope with new x forged ..but sigh...even their touch hit those....

Lets not get too bloodthirsty gentlemen, its only a shoe...I think it looks quite a dynamic shoe that will look good with my shorts. Maybe it won`t outshine or outsell the Tour 360, but we`re talking about David and Goliath, I`m sure Callaway will just be happy to chip into the market bit by bit..lets face it, your dads old shoes are`nt performing enough and you don`t drive a car thats 20 years old either. Shoes are`nt going to keep looking like they did 20-50 years ago, change is good and I`m excited to see all, the new shoe designs, just like I am with new cars. If this was a new Dry Joy people would be loving it now..The shoe looks interesting enough that I will pick it up when I see it in the stores, it tells me that its packed with technology, wether or not that remains to be seen..For now I like it. rolleyes.gif
