Alright... so we are headed to Nevada in November... well atleast the plans are in the works... and have already been to Mesquite... been to St George... and Vegas obviously... but what other areas can you go for four or five days and play different courses each days?

Help me out please and if you know of any great deals, please let me know as well.
thanks

Aside from Reno/Tahoe, there isn't much more to Nevada. If you are in the Vegas area, you could hit the new Nicklaus course The Chase which is in between Vegas and Mesquite. Cost is at least $125 and caddie is required. The course is featured in this months Golf Magazne.

I'm trying to work out something like this soon....Wolf creek just looks like a cool spot to play and doesn't appear too costly!

Wolf Creek is the bomb biggrin.gif It's a course that will absolutely drive you nuts, but will keep you coming back every time. I took my BIL there earlier this year, and he loved it. Then to follow up, he tells me that the Tiger Woods 09 for the XBox is spot on to the course so now I have to get it to see for myself.

Apologies for the slight off-topic. Seriously though, Wolf Creek is so well worth the money. Make sure you're in good shape for all the steps you have to climb especially if you play from the tips.

Wolf Creek is definitely worth it! An unforgettable experience. Went with a group of 16 last year and everyone raved about it. It is a must play if you are ever near Mesquite.

How Difficult is Wolf Creek? It looks very hard...
Golfinnova
It's not terribly difficult; however, as you can see in the pictures the course makes you think hard about club selection because of the elevation changes. Some of the greens are several stories above the fairway, and some are a 10-story drop from the tee boxes.

If you are a fairly stright hitter, you will be fine. If you hit a lot of slices/hooks, you need to bring extra balls because once they're gone, they're gone. You will get a heck of a workout.
