I've played the Titleist Players glove for years because I prefer a very thin feeling glove. Are there any other gloves to choose from in this category? So many feel too thick for me.

Bridgestone makes a pretty thin glove, I forget the name but I tried it once and really liked it.

you have been spoilt, I'm afraid. IMHO there is no better glove than the Titleist Players. Period.

Under armour seemed thin to me.
I experimented with it... I usually play cheapies.

I agree with the Under Amror glove. It is fairly cheap too at around $18. I like the thincker variety myself like an Oakley glove. Both have their merits.

I've tried out alot (all the Nike's, Players glove, Sta-Soft, etc) and my favorite is from Srixon. Everybit as thin as the Players glove, and seems to be more durable for me.
I personally like the R7 Tour Glove by TaylorMade

Thinnest feeling glove I've tried is the Sta-sof (gold package) FJ glove. The Nike Elite feel feels good to me also, but just a bit thicker than the Sta-Sof I think.

i've tried all the gloves mentioned except the ua and the r7. i found the skintite to be a big disappointment as it got out of shape and became loose on my hand after just 1 round. other than that, it was pretty durable though.
the nike elite i thought was very good and titleist players has always been the benchmark. but i gotta say, i think the cleveland tour action is the best out there. similar to the players, but even softer and more durable. you can find some great deals on them too for under $10 if you look around.
an honorable mention goes to the ping m-fit.

Another vote for the Titleist Players, it's thinner than the r7 & the sta sof or any other glove on the market. If you want a cheaper version, you can get factory seconds Players gloves which is still beter than any other glove IMO.

This one's not cheap, but many tour pros prefer the Sta-Sof Star, which is a thinner version of the regular Sta-Sof. I've never seen them on the retail shelves, but they can be ordered from any shop with a Foot-Joy account. There's only been one guy come in and order them from my shop, and he says it's a great glove, a little pricier than the regular Sta-Sof which is expensive to begin with.

$18 is all relative in price and being cheap. To some I guess $18 would be expensive but compare that to how much one is willing to play for a round of golf. How about for a new putter? Or box of balls? If $18 is too much and you are looking for thin, just go without a glove. Save the $18 for the 19th hole.

Titleist Players is the best! Titleist Perma-Soft is okay too, and a few dollars cheaper.

Have you ever thought about playing without a glove? I used to use the Titleist players glove and went through one a month at about £10 a glove or slightly higher at that time. I figured that if I played without a glove I'd save £120 a year, haven't played with one since. The feel is obviously as best as it's going to get and I've had absolutely no problems with grip, I do clean my grips every time i clean my clubs. Also it's far easier in the rain.
