Charles Howell III was supposed to be the one that was going to challenge Tiger's throne but that doesn't look like it's going to happen. Adam Scott and Sergio Garcia have more talent in their little fingers than the rest of the guys on tour but despite the world rankings, neither of them have yet stepped up to the plate (though I believe that'll change).
