I just recently got a new Yes Amy at 30" and my carry bag is 34" deep. It keeps swallowing my putter. I keep it w/ my driver and hybirds hoping the long headcovers will keep it from slipping down, but not much luck. Anyone have an idea to keep my putter easily accessible while still in the bag?
Thank you.

they sell these cheap plastic shaft tubes at PGA superstore. You would want to buy one and stuff a rag into it till it is shallow enough, then put the tube into your bag.

Good idea but I would think the tube would get lost under the the wood head covers and I still be at the same predicament.
Any other ideas that have been tried?

You could buy one of those putter clip things that's meant to hang the putter outside the bag. But instead clip it on the bag so it's hanging on the inside and it'll keep your putter from sliding down to the bottom.

No if its about 34"
If its not long enough do that same thing with some PVC pipe and just strap it to the side in the bag or something. Put about 5-6" worth of rags/paper etc in the bottom of the tube to keep the putter from sliding all the way down.

Thanks for the ideas. I'll keep looking into it, or get a new bag.
