While playing in wet conditions today, I came across an unfixed ballmark on the green and wasn't sure quite how to fix it. Basically, this type off ballmark occurs when someone hits into the green at a shallow approach angle. Instead of the typical ballmark, it creates a shallow 'skidmark" across the green. Almost like a shallow furrow.

Any ideas?

" fixing skidmarks"............My wife uses bleach and I have altered my diet ,this has helped significantly .

Take the sole of your putter and rub it the opposite way you skidded it. That should do it.
