I have scout 1000 love it, same as V2.

Does the Scout 1000 also have the "pinseeker" technology? I believe it's their outdoorsmen/hunting version so maybe it's called something else but does the same thing???

Has anyone had experience with both the V2 and the 1500? I've used the V2 and loved it, but when I was at a practice round for the Memorial a few weeks ago, EVERY player had the 1500 strapped to their bag. This makes me double guess my intended purchase of the V2.

I've had my V2 for about 18 months and it has served me very well. I gave it a 5/5.

Scottbod - The 1500 has a better zoom and can hit the flag from a little farther out. That's about it. So yes it it nicer, but personally I don't find myself needing yardages to the pin from over 275 yards. The V2 does everything I want and need. However if I do want a yardage to the pin from >275, I just laser the people on the green when they put the pin back in.
