I'm heading to Saginaw to visit some relatives in June. I'll have a Friday morning and a Sunday (maybe Monday instead) morning to play some golf. I'll be more in the Freeland area, but anything would work. I think I want to play Germania if anyone thinks its any good. I'm looking for other good courses in the area, around $75 (or less is always good). Also, if anyone would be interested in playing, PM me. I'll be there June 12-16. I must warn though that I am currently about a 28 handi (but moving down quickly). Thanks in advance.

The Fortress in Frankenmuth
The Pohlcat in Mt. Pleasant
Bay Valley in Saginaw
Bucks Run in Mt. Pleasant
Those are courses that I play and they are all nice.

Sawmill is nice. Runs between houses but some nature and trickly little holes
Apple Mountain is much better. Nice elevation changes for Saginaw. Very nice shape.
But the best is if you have time to take make a drive to the north.
Lakewood Shores is Awesome.
Forrest Dune is Unbelievable.
The Dream and the Nightmare are lots of fun.

Thanks guys. Looks like I'll try to play Apple Mountain and Germania. Any idea when the best times to play there are?

Getting ready to head to the airport for this trip. When is the best time to play these coarses and can a single usually walk up and play alone there during the day?
