Played the course before it opened to the public shot 77 and i played good! has the course gotten any tougher since ive been there? its a far trip but im thinking about making it. Course is sick

we played when it was first open about a year ago, conditions were rough, but it looked like the layout would be interesting, and one of our guys shot 77, and wanted to go back. Conditions were still rough a year after opening, and they put two groups with guys who'd never played golf out in front of us. Will never go back.

Ive played there a few times and I really enjoyed it. Conditions are firm and fast and you will find alot of interesting shots out there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the Orlando area. Better than most of the courses you will find there imo unless you like overdone modern architecture.

I will have to check this out over Thanksgiving. My wifes family is in Lakeland.

I think Fairway Fred's comment indicates he either owns the course or works there.

Wanted to see if anyone wants to try and play on Friday after Thanksgiving. I'm going to be down there with the family.

LOL that is funny. If you look at my signature or do even a little bit of homework you could figure out that is not true. Just giving my honest opinion of what I think is a great track. If you are a fan of classic architecture and firm and fast conditions take a look at this place. If you like overdone modern architecture there are other places in Orlando you might like better.
