Okay, I know that some form of this question has been asked 100 times, but i would like to specify exactly what i'm looking for and see if people can offer me ideas.
Here's what i'm looking for:
1 - Flat front pants
2 - Pants that fit over your shoes! (and don't bunch up at the heel...not bell-bottoms, but semi boot cut)
3 - somewhat conservative, work appropriate (not Loudmouth golf!)
All i'm asking for is a name of the company and a website (if you have it).

I think Eddie Bauer sells what you are looking for. They are classic fit (not relaxed fit), flat front Khakis. I have a few pairs myself for golf and work.

Not related but my dad always used to yell at me when I would cut my jeans to prevent stuff like this from happening. I actually like this look better then just buying boot cut jeans, hope you find something.

Buy your pants long, take them to a tailor and have him / her hem them as V cuffs. They will lay over shoes much better. Shouldn't be terribly expensive.

you dont even need to take them to a tailor, basic stuff, take a threadcutter, use it to cut all the thread as far up as you want to, and sew the two seperate parts back together, takes about 10 minute per pant leg
Thank you grade 8 sewing class

I would def. try Express. I believe the website is: www.expressfashion.com. There pants are perfect for work and just as good for golf. They look really really classy and even though they're not cheap I think their most expensive pant is $69 or $79. They come in wool, polyester, and cotton blends depending on the pant. Check em out.

I wear dress pants by Carter - they seem to widen just a bit down the bottom which is great for golf and work

Dockers hasn't released their new flat front golf pants on the website but if your near one of the few dockers stores you can find the new golf pant endorsed by Olbenhouser (sp).
The pant is made of a fabric called coconna, anyone in the golf merchandise business should know this the new hot material for golf pants. This fabric is made of a type of coconut shell and is comfortable, wrinkle & stain resistant, very breathable and has a generous leg opening.
Sells for $65-70
Check the site out soon for an update as Dockers currently has a sale on their 07 microfiber golf pants that have slightly more of a snug fit.

Gap will sometimes carry dress pants(straight fit) in a bootcut but this winter they were tapered for some reason. Hoping this summer they get back to bootcut. I just bought a nice pair of flat front pants from Gap that were not bootcut but I had my tailor sew zippers on the inside leg about 4 inches long, barely visible, and that way I unzip slightly for that bootcut look. Hate tapered pant legs!

I would NEVER pay full price for Express because every month they discount their clothes with the giant box sale where everything in the store is $20 or cheaper to get rid of old merchandise.
If you see something you like, wait till the season ending sale.

You could also do Old Navy. Same Company, less money. They have some relax fit chinos I wear when I'm playing golf after work or leaving early to play (witch is always better)

I was just at a Banana Republic outlet store last week in Ohio, and they had lots of good styles of pants with a nice wide opening at the bottom. So many in fact that I ended up picking up 5 pairs, all between $25-$36.
Wore one of the pairs for my wedding rehearsal & dinner last week and the fit was very good, not too wide around the thighs/etc. but a nice fit over your shoes (I'm a size 10 for reference.)

Iilac Golf makes pants that have like a two inch cut so that it fits right over your shoe. Im not really sure how much they are. Knowing how expensive there headcovers are they are probably an arm and a leg.
