It's the ClimaWarm training top. It's been out for a while, I have it in the Freeze color and also have the same Black one he was wearing today. One of the only places I've found them in the current style and colors that the pros are wearing is here:

They're the best cool weather wear I've found to play in. They've very warm to be as thin as they are!!!

Most of the ClimaWarm stuff is sold at sporting goods stores because it is really jogging/running apparel. I got one at Sports Chalet.
