Have any of you golfwrxers played Tot Hill Farm, Woodlake, Tobacco Road, or The Carolina recently? Like this Spring? I along with a group of 11 other guys are heading up there next week and I was wanting to check on the course conditions of these courses. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Tobacco Road is definitely worth playing. The Carolina is also pretty good and pretty fun.

I've never played Tot Hill Farm, but I know it's designed by Mike Strantz, who designed Tobacco Road.

Tot Hill Farm is TOUGH but beautiful, a really great course. Tobacco Road's the same being by the same designer.

I haven't played any recently, but this time of year here most of the courses have punched their greens within the past month. Now that could mean that they have healed nicely, or it could mean that they are plinko boards, the only way to find out would be to call them. The fairways here are still dormant if the courses don't overseed, but I know for a fact that Tot Hill does, so it will be green in the middle. Hope that helps!

Played Tot Hill lastweek and loved every hole. Great design, tough greens. The course is hilly, plan on doing some walking. Take a camera! I am planning on going back down there this spring to play both Tot Hill and Tobacco Road.

Definitely add it to your list.
