Being one to try new stuff. I bought an Ogio Flight when it was first released. I tried it for two nine hole rounds before it got the closet treatment. I spent quite some time trying to no avail to make it comfortable. The strap itself was fine, but the bag quartered under my right arm twisting my already balky back. The bag is great as far as pockets and club management. I finally called Ogio and asked about a replacement strap. The people at Ogio were really friendly and agreed to send a two strap harness to me at no cost for product or shipping. I didn't have to explain myself or argue(which I wouldn't do) they took my information and in six days (+/-) I will have it. Now the question. Has anyone made the switch to the different strap? If so. Is it comfortable? The phone rep said it may not be perfect because of how the Flight was engineered for the Schling.

I did the same thing, called them and asked for a replacement `normal`strap.
It fits fine, it is fairly comfortable - felt no different most of my other bags.

I have an OGIO Vision bag and called them to get a different stand bag double strap to replace the Shling setup. They said that it would not work perfectly due to the attachment points being slightly different between the two systems. But once adjusted, I am happy with the new strap. They did not, however, offer to send me a new strap for free. As I recall, they charged me $20 delivered.
