Has anyone seen one in person? If so, do you think it's a quality bag? I don't want a Nike and I'm not to sure about The Ogio...

I'm working with Sun Mountain to do a full review of this bag when it becomes available from manufacturing in a few weeks. I will include links and very good pics as well. I personally think this bag looks fantastic and the folks at Sun Mountain claim the new waste belt really takes a lot of strain off of the shoulders and back. Much more to come...

Thanks Big Ben. So no one has this bag out just yet? It appears that it's available on line?

I was told by my people at Sun Mountain that end of April/May for expected availability for most colors. I'm assuming if you attempt to purchase the expected ship date will be something along those lines but heck you know how these things go.

I will call them again; seems very odd that it's so delayed to me.

Thanks -- was just trying to figure out the weight of the bag, as not on the Sun Mt. website...
Also, just purchased through Golfsmith on-line (coupon expires today) and said that it would ship on July 18th...

Spoke to my contact today and my marketing sample is due to ship pretty quickly so I will do the review as mentioned previously. I'm glad to see that the interest is high; I guess they just finished the marketing directive for the H2NO (all weather) bag and the Zero-G is on deck. I like the fresh color schemes and Sun Mountain quality is always a plus; hopefully we like it!

Thanks Big Ben -- appreciate the follow-up. Ordered from Golfsmith and they seemed to have the best price on it. When calling Sun Mt, they had the weight as about 5.2 pounds -- will be interested in the new system makes it feel lighter. Cannot wait for your review...

Golfsmith increased the price from $139 to $199 today (or yesterday). Looks like you got in at a great price! Please report back on it, my back is killing me!

My Edwin Watts store in Dallas had the Zero G in stock last weekend so they are getting out there. Love the idea of lightening the load, but worry that waist belt is going to be brutally hot. Tough time of year to walk in Texas.

Hi All -- Just thought would post a quick review on the bag. Received my bag yesterday and have 18 holes with it. My old carry bag was a Ping Hoofer 3.
Overall, I am just okay satisfied with the bag -- essentially it is the 3.5 with the belt strap. It is much easier to use than the old HUG system, although takes quite a bit of adjusting initially. It does alleviate weight from shoulders to hips, but if the course you walk is hilly (as mine is), your legs start to feel tired. Also, the other observation I had was that the belt caused my shorts to sag, as the belt went right over my belt. Taking the belt on and off not an issue, very easy to do. Finally, I found the straps nowhere near as comfortable as my Hoofer.
Overall, if shoulder weight is a problem, than this will be a good bag. However, a 3.5 with careful watching of weight will probably be good enough and 60 bucks cheaper.

Hi All,
I have purchased this bag about 1.5 weeks ago. I have walked a couple rounds with it. I do not use the waist support, as it would make me to hot. It is a very nice looking light bag. The issue I have with it is, I have not been able to get the bag to hang the way I like. I like the bag to hang parallel to the ground, and this one seems to hang at an angle, like it is sitting on a cart stand. I am having a very hard time trying to get it adjusted. I have never had this issue with my old Sun Mountain bag. I have also noticed that while putting the bag on my shoulders that the straps tend to loosen up. I marked them with a marker to see, and yes, they are moving, it was not just my imagination. If you are not going to use the waist strap, I think you could find a very comparable bag for much less.

I'm thinking of picking this bag up, but looking to read some more reviews. Did you get the bag yet, Big Ben?
