I'm pretty new to the custom putter market, but I was hoping someone could tell me how long Tom usually takes to get back to you with your quote. I don't want to rush him, but after you put in your request a message states they will get back to you within a day. I've sent a quote request and another message and I've heard nothing. I just want to make sure his e-mails aren't being blocked by my spam filter, or perhaps he is just very busy and this is normal.
I would also like to know approimately how long it took for you guys with Slighters to receive yours.

In my experience, Tom responds to emails personally, and I always got them early in the morning the very next day. I would say it's either a spam filter problem or he's out of town.

i've asked for quotes on a few different occasions and he's always gotten back to me within 1-3 days.
the lead time for the actual putter though is roughly 3 months.

Tom usually reponds in the morning to due his regular day job. He actually gets up at 3 every morning to respond to emails.

Check your bulk-mail folder. It may have ended up there. I just put in a quote request last night and got a response this morning.
