I am looking to play a game with my regular 4some during the masters. I want to incorporate the masters players with our 18 hole score. Kind of a fantasy pro-am with the picked players scores combining it with my score. Does anybody do this? If you do please give me some ideas on how you make it work. Thanks

Well, on that subject, every year for the last 8 years between 6 and 8 of us go away for the Fri, Sat, Sun and the Monday of the Masters and play best 3 rounds out of 4 comp during the day and then watch the Masters in the evening, (Were in the UK). It's great to watch the Masters with people who care about whats happening as much as you do.

I'm sure many of you end up watching the Masters on TV at home on your own, while the other half complains about you taking up the TV all day. Thus its great to watch it with your mates, have food and drinks while having your own comp during the day.

As far as games go, we just play 4 rounds stableford score and you pick your best 3 out of 4 BUT the last round has to count. Adds real pressure on the last day. Also, before play starts on the final day, the person who had the best score at the end of our third round gets to choose their pick to win the Masters, (that evening is the final round) and then 2nd place gets 2nd pick and so on. Everyone puts £2 pounds in etc....... and winner takes all.

Anyway, whatever you do enjoy it. I can't wait.
