I have been on a hunting kick since September and I have quit keeping up with golf temporarily. I would like to know if there has been any new changes in the golf world (i.e. Pros switching to new sponsors, new equipment, etc). I would love it if somebody could keep me in the loop. The last I heard was Srixon buying Cleveland.

Tiger Woods retired, Ernie Els is the World No. 1, and Titleist stopped making golf clubs. Also, It was found that 12 of Jack Nicklaus's major titles are not official, making him at best, top 15 all time.

John Daly is drinking too much and getting DQ'd. Oh wait that's not new.

David Toms ( A TM Staffer) shops at Golf Galaxy and just bought a set of MP57s there. It shocked the ho world this week. There is a entire thread dedicated to it. Its fascinating.
