There is always that guy, you know that guys who picks the ball out of the hole with his putterhead. He thinks he's the coolest but he messes up the cup and pisses me off. You know what i'm talking about. Great I feel better now.

ohhhhh ahahhahah i absolutely can't stand that!!!!!!!! you gotta let the person know that what they're doing is wrong... tell them that for a buck they can go to Wal-Mart and pick up one of those "plungers" or whatever they're called to put on the end of the putter... lazy sons of biotches...

I would never do that, i have one of those suction cups on the end of my putter! Just kidding, i know what you mean, that is annoying.

It bothers me even more when they do it with a nice putter.

I hate guys that dont fix their divots or ball marks on the green...THEN COMPLAIN about how the fairways are full of divots or the greens have too many marks on them!!!

i hate the guys who do that, but most of them are old men, my dad tells them if they cant pick the ball out of the cup properly they should not be on the course.

Ive never seen the putter trick, but the ball marks on the green pisses me off. I try to fix as many as I can while I'm there. Maybe the marshalls should don ghillie suits and kick off the dorks that dont fix theirs.

I'd never do it just because it might scratch my putter. I can't stand guys that do it too...it' always dents the lip of the hole.

I tried...once with my Single Line Futura...was standing there for 20 minutes digging the $hit out of that hole tring to scoop that ball out I swear, you guys get all uptight about nothing. When I was done that hole was a good 9 inches in diameter and everyone after me probably didn't miss a single three footer! I think the marshall was upset that I put the flagstick directly into the green...on the opposite side of the green of course so that putt was at least A LITTLE challenging. See, I think of other golfers too! Hold on a second I need a different club and have to walk back to my cart to get it...don't worry its only about 75 yards away.

Hey...what do you think this putt does? I missed the first three and I'll be DAMNED if I'm going to miss this fourth one and NO! I'm NOT going to drive this cart away from this green until I've counted all my strokes up and then properly written down my score. Hey there big guy...you've got the tee box...honors go to you...yea, you beat my snowman on the last hole so the tee is yours. Oh no, I'll wait for you to flirt with the cart chick that's 35 years younger than you and then by all means...go take a crap...your honors there pardzee.

I see a lot of young guys doing this, trying to look cool on the putting green or during the practice round. When they put the ball back into their pocket I' d really like to play it as it lies

Well I drove 950 miles straight through and had AT LEAST a case of energy drinks in the last 2 hours of the drive...you know the kind that give you the shakes real bad . I get home and immediately log on to golfwrx and had a "moment of clarity" during my reply. It was like an out of body experience.....only not.
