I have a 2008 Sun Mountain speed cart v1 , I like to carry once in a while and I always carry the clubs to the range. Is there any carry bag that will work on my speed cart ? I think the probem is the carry bag will twist in the speed cart v1. I would like to stick with a Sun Mountain bag if possible. Anybody with any experience ? Thanks

I am actually considering getting a cart bag for when I use my cart or ride and then keep my Nike Stand bag for if I walk and go to the range. I have the 2007 version of the Speed Cart v.1 which has the bungee straps, but my stand bag still twists in the cart. I would also like a bag with a little more room since weight on a cart really isn't an issue. I know this doesn't really anser your question.

The Sun Mountain MPB Divider Stand Bags seemed to fit in nice and snug when I played around with one at the store. But if you are going to walk 18 with this on your back, you might not be too happy with it come the 18th hole since it is a bit larger than most stand bags and a bit heavier.
Personally, I would just get 2 different bags, a cart bag and a carry bag. I have never found one that does double duty very well.

The Mizuno GTX bag works great with the speedcarts. The stand is dropped down so you don't have to turn the bag on it's side and at 5lbs it is easy to carry. The 9.5 inch top makes it very easy to get clubs out and keep them organized.

Sun Mountain SCB Deluxe...this was specifically designed for use in the SM speed carts and the weight is not too prohibitive to stap-on the back and walk 18 holes.

I have a Sun Mountain SL 3.5 and it works just fine with my Speed Cart. A lot of people who have Speed Carts load them with a big bag and tons of extra crap. I'm a minimalist, so I like to keep everything light as possible.

The Titleist X87 bag made by Sun Mountain fits it perfectly.

I ended up buying a Sun Mountain SCB deluxe and I love it!
