Just a little something for you guys until the Bag Chatter review comes out.
As always, these things are far better looking in real life and than the overcast skies will allow.

No. This model hasn't been out for awhile. You are probably thinking of the Marilyn.
I have a Valerie on the way and I can't wait to try it out. Yes makes the best putters available in my opinion.

Nope, didn't like the Marilyn--it has a double sight line.
I putted with the Valerie last summer a bit (it was a LPGA Tour player's putter), but I could've swore that it was out retail also...hmmm...

I agree. I don't like the double sight line either. That's why I'm looking forward to giving this one a go. It will have to do very well in order to pull the Tracy from the bag.

As a quick update: it's a very, very good good putter.
Interesting that someone compares to the Odyssey #5 White Hot as I have one of those too and they are very similar in how they swing but the valerie is much more alive in terms of feedback. It's very different from the tracey as it's face balanced so fits a SBST stroke better than a gated one. Distance control is very good and alignment, as always with Yes putters, is also top notch.
One thing about Yes putters - you need to use a premium ball with them. More than any other putter I've tried, hitting a budget balls feels terrible, but hitting a premium one feels superb. No idea why but there it is.

I picked one up last week in a 33" and love it. My only caveat is the sight line. I wish it was a dot instead. Rolls nicely.

Very nice. I wish they made it in lefty. Of course, if they did make it in lefty I'd have to spend twice as much b/c I wouldn't be able to decide between it and the Donna, which I got.

How would you (hypothetically) adjust the lie angle on this putter w/o messing up the face balance?

I wouldn't suppose that you could do it yourself but you can order them +/-2 degrees lie angle direct from Yes!

Thanks, that's good to know. The Valerie looks like she might be worth a try, nice putter.
