In an effort to expand its brand awareness on tour, Adidas has introduced a staff bag on the PGA Tour, and it belongs to Sergio. It debuts this week in LA.

If I were to compare it to the Nike staff bags, I'd prefer the Nike bag over the Adidas one. I mean it gets the point across, three lines and all but there's nothing cool about it, nothing to denote that Adidas is forward thinking, etc etc. Oh well, as the sponsee, you do what the sponsor tells you right?

I also noticed that he is sporting a TaylorMade hat now rather than an Adidas logo with TMAG logos on it. Guessing this is to show he is with TaylorMade since it is not on his bag anymore. Interesting marketing schemes.

SWEET BAG!!! I'm really loving the Adidas golf gear. I think they've really come on strong in the past couple years!!!

Adidas has had staff bags in japan for a while now!

Go to tourspecgolf and you will see that the Japaneses Staff bags for all companies are much better looking than their american counterparts.

I need that hat. TM always makes hats that are only for the Tour. Do you know if the TP Ball hat will be available at retail?

I would suggest that if you are going to pick people up on their spelling/grammar, you should ensure your own efforts are acceptable first.

Hard to tell by above. Let's try this - In Europe which the home of Adidas, it is pronounced Ah - Dee - Daz in the U.S. we butcher it with A - Dee - Dus.

This is a very nice bag!! I presume it's tour only? (or even one off) as i would probably pay it's ridiculous price tag

I'd take that bag anyday.Now adidas just has to design a White/Silver one and it would be awesomeness personified . The White/Black one of Sergio's in the majors wasn't that nice

Actually, if Nike owned Callaway it would be a good comparison. Adidas owns Taylormade which also makes golf clubs. Nike doesn't own another company that already makes golf clubs.

I understand where you were going with regards to a shoe company breaking into the golf business.

Pretty sure its not the first time hes used it. I saw some at the PGA superstore in Plano, TX. Nice bag.
