Got this back in the mail today a few weeks before planned. It looks incredible, I never imagined anything coming out like this. Had to get the old nickel plating stripped, and went with the 3x Oil Can finish. I always wonder and am asked what the finished head weights turn out to be, so I had them take care of that on the sole this time. I need to get the new grip installed yet, then it will be complete.

I was planning on selling this as soon as it came back, but it might be hard to part with. I wanted to see how it would turn out seeings how I've never seen anything done like it before. I've got my other stock Black #2 to use, but maybe that one will be sold off instead. I just don't know russian_roulette.gif . If anyone is interested in it, make my decision easier...shoot me a PM

I like stock better tbh. I have a number 1 and really like its looks as is. Black Oxide might look pretty nice, but I dunno if I'd like that finish as much on a putter.

But hey...if you like it, go and drain some bombs! smile.gif

I like the honesty. I would like to see one in person with a 3x Black Oxide too...maybe that's what my other one will be for. I like the oil can finish better than stock, but the one thing I could see potentially being an issue is the large color differences between the oil can and tungsten. Inside it sort of gave a "could be distracting" glare under the light...who knows what sunlight would look like. Anyways, I can't get it outside to try therefore I can't make that accusation.
