Any idea where you can purchase those long sleeve undershirts he had on all week? They look fitted almost body armour type? I cannot find them online.

Nike, Adidas, Under Armour all make them. They fit like a second skin, called a Compression fit. Here is a link to Under Amour
http://www.underarmour.com/shop/mens/apparel/tops/mocksUA offers different thicknesses, depending on how cold.
They are a little pricey, but work great. Any sporting good store should have these - you may want to try in person to get the right fit.

I think it's the new Nike Dri-Fit Pro, but not 100% sure. It's a newer product and I think Nike is having him wear it instead of long sweaters to promote the Dri-Fit.

Well, coming from a cycling background, where arm and leg warmers are a requirement for anytime other than summer, they don't seem so weird to me. It would've saved me having to take all my top layers off on my recent trip to Cali when the round started really cold, then warmed up by the 7th hole.

I got the sleeves recently, and used them for cold mornings in Florida. Worked great! Easy on, easy off.
And no one can tell they are sleeves. They look like it just a long sleeve shirt underneath.

I wear my cycling sleeves when I play golf. They work very well, and like the previous poster said, nobody has any clue that they aren't an entire shirt. It's not like you can actually see skin between them and the shirt, they go basically up to your armpit

You can go to Dick's and pick up the compression shirts and agree with the other guys on the sleeves--can't even tell they're just sleeves and it makes changing when the mercury rises much easier.

Yeah I saw someone with the sleeves; I think it's a great idea. I'll be picking up a pair for those cold mornings that warm up in the afternoon.

The Nike sleeves have a serious mark up.
Go to any big bike stores and you can get the same thing for like 15 bucks.
I wear it on my left arm only for some serious styling point, kee kee. I believe it also took 8 strokes off my game.

There is a picture of Boo Weekly in some camo type thing that looked like it was fitted too. (Can't believe that HE was wearing NIKE!)
Isn't what they are wearing just a polypropelene skin tight long underwear?!

I don't believe he was wearing Nike...he's sponsored by Mossy Oak so it could have been something from them like at this link:
