I researched this a lot last month and came up with:
GolfNow.com (online) and discountteetimes.com (manned phone service) as good options.

I also had great success calling the courses directly and getting last minute type discounts.
I Played Legend trail for $75.00, Troon Monument for $180.00 and Sunridge for $99.00

We Ko Pa was the only one that I found no discounting anywhere.

Played both of those courses last June. GREAT courses. We Ko Pa - Saguaro course is GREAT. Which did you play?

WildFire Faldo was a nice one too. Got the yellow towel from the course. Though I was shocked at the $17+ (maybe it was even MORE) price tag.....

Both are GOOD courses. My favorite of the two was the Saguaro course.
