I was considering getting 2 rocket tours for my Driver and 3 Wood. I was wondering if anyone has tried one on a Titleist D1 and how it fits / ease of on/off.

It will fit. Although not as easy as a traditionally shaped driver. I didn't really like how you could see the triangle shape of the head even with the headcover on it. But its definitely doable.
