www.ScottyCameron.com but you will need to be a Member of Club Cameron which is $100 to join plus the cost of the Headcover $80. Otherwise you will have to wait a few days to see if any are left for the Non Club Members.

Im sure you can find these on ebay lol. You'll pay a tad bit more, but these are always a fan favorite.

There was no mention of a special edition 2008 Hula Girl on the Cameron website, so I'm not sure that it exists.
